JAMMU, Sept 1: Abhishek Pathania will lock horns with Rohit Chowdhary in the finals of Junior Snooker event of the ongoing Six Red Ball Tournament, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, Ma Stadium, here.
In the first semifinal, Rohit defeated Nitin Sharma 4-1 by (31-24, 08-43, 28-26, 44-16, 31-27), while in another semifinal, Abhishek Pathania thrashed Vicky Thakur again by 4-1.
Earlier, in junior snooker last quarterfinals, Vicky Wazir beat Avish Sharma by 3-1.
Meanwhile, in sub junior snooker, Furkan Wani defeated his rival by 3-0, Manvir Singh got walkover against Ayush Raina, Jitan beat Himanshu 2-0, Aryman Mahajan got the better of his rival 2-0 and Sankalap Soni prevailed over his rival by 2-0.
