RAMBAN, Mar 5: Chanderkote police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Mohammad Younas, son of Jamal Din of Thard District Udhampur.
The absconder wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 33/17 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PC Act with Police Station Chanderkote has been produced before the court of Mobile Magistrate, Batote.
Police team headed by SHO Batote Inspector Abid Hussain Bukhari and assisted by ASI Balbir Singh made the arrest under the supervision of Additional SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SSP Ramban Anita Sharma.
