MENDHAR, Sept 18: Police has apprehended an absconder who was evading his arrest for the last 12 years.
The arrested accused, Nazakat Hussain, son of Mohd Sagheer of village Chhajla, Mankote, was wanted in case FIR number 55/2008, under section 279/337/338 RPC 39/196/66/192 MV Act and arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC was issued against him by the court.
After all the legal formalities, the arrested accused was produced before the court of law.
