JAMMU, Sept 6: Bagh-e-Bahu Police arrested an absconding drug peddler.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu led by SHO Inspector Kirti Sharma conducted raids in different locations of village Palpad Ragoora and finally nabbed the drug peddler, who was evading his arrest since long.
The arrested accused was identified as Ali Hussain, son of Akbar Ali, a resident of Palpad Ragoora District Jammu.
He has been arrested in a case registered under FIR Number 60/2020 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act with Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu. Various criminal cases already stands registered against him in Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
