ABVP takes out march against terrorism

JAMMU, Oct 11: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Jammu Mahanagar organized a foot march against brutal killing of minorities in Kashmir, here today.
The protest march was taken out from Parade Ground to statue of Maharaja Hari Singh at Dogra Chowk Jammu. Shouting slogans against Pakistan, volunteers of ABVP demanded that the terrorism should be crushed with iron hand.
ABVP volunteers gave vent to anguish over rising attacks on civilians, especially the minority Hindus and Sikhs in Kashmir where two Government school teachers were shot dead by terrorists. They appealed the Government to provide security to minorities.
Addressing the protest march, ABVP North Zone Organising Secretary Vijay Partap and State Secretary Mukesh Manhas said that the time has come to teach Pakistan a lesson for sponsoring terrorism in J&K.
Others who were present in the march, included Muskaan Anand, Ramnik Sharma, Nandita Sharma, Chahat Anand, Hariom Sharma, Rishab Mahajan, Anubav, Arun, Vishal, Nitan, Shivam, Ayush, Mitali, Ekta and Abhishek.
