JAMMU, June 25: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Kashmir has presented charge sheet (Challan) in case FIR No. 27/2014 P/A ACB U/S 5(1) (d) P.C Act, Svt. 2006 read with 5(2) and Section 4-A (Amendment Act) 2014, and Section 120-B, 468 RPC against the four officials of Revenue Department today.
The officials against whom the challan was presented by ACB included Ghulam Nabi Wani then Naib Tehsildar Lar, Ghulam Mohammad Ganie then Patwari Safapora, Ghulam Ali Malla then Naib Tehsildar Sonawari and Mohammad Shafi Khanday then Patwari Halqa Safapora.
According to ACB handout these officials have fraudulently attested/ prepared nine mutations with regard to land at Gulwantand Safapora exceeding the sealing limit, and made insertions in the revenue records and have received the monetary gratifications from the beneficiaries.
