JAMMU, Jan 24: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), here today.
According to a police official, a pedestrian identified as Kartar Singh (75) son of Uttam Singh, resident of Upper Gadigarh, was shifted here at GMCH on January 14 after he sustained serious injuries in a road mishap at Gadigarh.
“However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 6: 25 AM. After post mortem, the body was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites while the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter,” he added.
