JAMMU, Dec 30: All J&K Non-Gazetted Accounts Employees Association today projected the pending demands of the employees with the Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Jammu today.
A deputation of the Association led by Kulwant Singh, president, met the Director, Lochan Dass, and discussed pending demands of the accounts employees. They demanded upgradation of the posts of Accounts Assistants and Accountant to the status of Accountant and senior Accountant; implementation of SRO 272, constitution of Departmental Examination wing of North Zonal Accountancy Training Institute Jammu/ Srinagar and withdrawal of the clarification of SRO 160 dated 10-05-2006, OM DA/89 (05) 984 dated 22-8-2006.
