UDHAMPUR, Aug 2: Army Goodwill School, Harka Bahadur, a leading School in the Kargil region, is being managed by Army through Operation Sadbhavana, under the aegis of ‘Forever in Operations’ Division.
Various civilian agencies have contributed positively towards additions of facilities at the School from time to time.
State Bank of India, Kargil Branch also played its role by creating an activity room in the School for children.
Fayaz Ahmad Wani, Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Kargil Branch handed over a cheque of Rs 50,019 to the School management in a simple function held at the School in Harka Bahadur.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Wani emphasised on the role that is needed to play in securing bright future for children.
The contribution was acknowledged by the parents of the children also.
