JAMMU, Aug 30: Adarsh Build Estate Limited, a premier real estate builder of India, is launching Palm Riviera, the modern type of residential Apartments in Jammu.
The unique residential project of its kind will have facilities including a steam bath, gymnasium, swimming pool, club house and many other excellent features, Vinay Kumawat, Director Adarsh Group announced here today.
Vinay said that the company has already invested in the real estate sector in J&K having constructed state of the art Royal Palms Residential Apartments at Akhnoor Road and Palm Island Commercial at Canal Head Jammu.
These commercial and residential apartments are important highlights of the skyline of Jammu, he said, adding that the company’s commercial and residential projects across the country are proof of its commitment towards perfection in the building sector.
The Palm Riviera apartment is the third project by the company at Jammu and is located on the banks of River Tawi at Sidhra, he informed.
Vinay said the Palm Riviera is an outstanding project by the company, which will capture landscape essence with vast dimensions, warm palettes and rich interiors.
He revealed that the company is developing a similar project titled Golden Palms at Narwal. The Golden Palms would have a unique type of mall with banquet and a hotel. It will be first of its kind in Jammu, he said.
The Company is also building Palm Woods, a huge complex of residential apartments at Chowadi near Channi Himmat and Palm Spring residential apartment at Humhama near Srinagar Airport, Vinay informed.
