JAMMU, Nov 15: For securing bronze medal in 14th World Wushu Championship held at Kazan (Russia), ADGP Armed J&K AK Choudhary honoured Kuldeep Handoo, chief Wushu coach of India and ace J&K Wushu player, Surya Bhanu Partap Singh of J&K Police at Armed Police Headquarter, here today.
The proper guidance and effective pre-participation coaching imparted to Indian Team by Mr. Handoo led the team to secure 1 Gold and 4 Bronze Medals in the 14th World Wushu Championship.
Both Handoo and Bhanu Partap have reserved berth for the forthcoming World Cup slated to be held in China in the year 2018. Mr. Handoo has also been selected for the Asia Wushu Cup to be held in Guanzhou (China) from December 13 to December 17, 2017.
Mohd Yaseen Kichloo, SSP Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K was also present during the felicitation function.
