JAMMU, May 18: Adhoc Committee of Indian Powerlifting Federation (IPF) organized trials at Royal Club Gujjar Nagar Jammu and selected J&K team for Sub Junior Powerlifting Championship to be held at Chandrapur, Maharashtra from May 29 to June 1, 2017.
The trials were supervised by Adhoc Committee members including DS Mahil, President of Punjab Powelifting Association; Jaspreet Singh, Secretary of Punjab Powerlifting Association; Parvinder Kour, Secretary Adhoc Committee IPF; Ram Nath, Referee of IPF.
Ajay Sahrma, Rahul Sawhney, Sanjeev Singh Rakwal and Adil from Jammu also helped the organizers in conducting the Championship.
The selected team: Anubhav Chadha, Ydhay Singh, Aditya Sharma, Sachin Kumar and Muteep.
