JAMMU, Sept 16: Ace Power Lifter of J&K, Adil Ashraf Khan has been selected in Indian team for upcoming Asian Bench Press Championship to be held at Dubai from September 19 to September 24, 2018. Adil was selected on the basis of his performance in National Bench Press Championship held at Ranchi where he won medal in 93 kg category and further he went for trials conducted by Powerlifting India where he has been selected for Asian Bench Press Championship.
Ajay Sharma, General Secretary and Rahul Sawhney, Sr. Vice President of All J&K State Powerlifting Association lauded the efforts of the player for this achievement.
