Adv Rohit designated as HoD NCLT Kolkata Bench

JAMMU, July 20: National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has designated Advocate Rohit Kapoor, Member (J) Kolkata Bench as Head of the Department in respect of NCLT Kolkata Bench with immediate effect.
The Bench is having jurisdiction over Bihar and Jharkhand.
As per the order, President NCLT has designated Rohit Kapoor Member (J) of NCLT Kolkata Bench as Head of the Department with immediate effect in pursuance of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Order No.A-36013/1/2019-Ad-I dated November 5, 2021.
He has been designated under Rule 13(2) and Rule 3(f) of Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 1978.
