JAMMU, Mar 22: The Anti-Drug Veterans Cricket League (ADVCL) 2025 organized by Ludhiana Brother in collaboration with Team Jammu at MA Stadium, here today entered Day 6.
Today matches were played between Ever Shine Cricket Club and Trikuta Cricket Club and Anti Corruption Bureau and Progressive Cricket Club.
In first match, Ever Shine registered a victory by 15 runs. Batting first, Ever Shine set a target of 175/6 in 20 overs. Manjeet Singh and Chamkor Singh contributed 56 runs in 40 balls and 42 runs in 31 balls respectively. From Trikuta Cricket Club, Gurvinder got 2 Wickets.
In reply, Trikuta Cricket Club made 160/7 in 20 overs. Sunny Choudhary made 57 runs in 38 balls. From Ever Shine, Ravinder Singh and Dharmendra got 2 wickets each.
Chamkor Singh was declared Player of the Match.
In second match, Anti Corruption Bureau won by 3 runs.
Batting first, Anti Corruptions Bureau set a target of 121/10 in 17.2 overs. Manider made 40 runs in 23 balls. From bowling side, Lakhbinder and Vikas got 4 and 2 wickets respectively.
In reply, Progressive Cricket Club made 118/8 in 20 overs. Dr Vishav Partap scored 22 runs in 20 balls and Sanju contributed 19 runs in 36 balls. From ACB Cricket Club Vishal Choudhary got 2 wickets.
Manider was declared Player of the Match.
The chief guest in today’s matches was SSP Traffic, Feisal Quareshi. The match was started by SSP Traffic, Feisal Quareshi along with Team Jammu Chairman, Zorawar Singh and Randeep Singh (Ludhiana Brothers) by getting toss done between the teams.
