JAMMU, Feb 25: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar inaugurated 5th edition of All India Dental Fraternity Golf Tournament at Jammu Tawi Golf Course (JTGC), Sidhra, here today.
More than 40 golfers from PAN India and different streams (Private Practitioners/Govt. Servants/Army Officers) are participating in this tournament.
Amongst the prominent personalities present during the inaugural ceremony were Manav Gupta, Secretary Jammu Tawi Golf Course, Padam Bhushan Dr. Anil Kohli, Dr. Rakesh K. Gupta, Principal IGGDC, Jammu, Dr. Riyaz Farooq Principal GDC, Srinagar, Amarjeet Singh JKAS, Special Secretary Tourism and Dr. Aseem Tikku Dean KGMC Lucknow.
The organising team consists of Dr. Ritesh Gupta organizing secretary, Dr. Nikhil Dev Wazir, Dr. Iqbal Singh, Dr. Satvinder Singh and Dr. Roopav Nargotra welcomed the dignitaries to the beautiful Course developed by the Department of Tourism.
“Such events will highlight and spread the message of peace and development done by the Administration of J&K under the leadership of Lieutenant Governor UT of J&K,” said one of the organizers of the tournament.
