JAMMU, Jan 17: The grand-finale of ‘Kids of the year 15-16 Junior’s Fashion Show was organized by Shree Ganesh Entertainments at Auditorium of Government College for Women Gandhi Nagar, here with pomp and show, today.
The main competition was held among 55 finalists, which are sorted out after tough competition in various rounds.
Senior BJP leader Yudhvir Sethi was chief guest on the occasion, while Journalist Sohail Kazmi and BJP leader, Baldev Singh Billawaria were the guests of honour. Aditi Sharma, prominent social worker and president Aditi Welfare Trust presided over the function.
Renowned Theater Artist Mushtaq Kak and PDP leader Vikram Singh were the special guests. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries on the occasion.
Participants performed in three round consisting of traditional, casual and formal.
After a healthy competition Mohd Affan and Ananya Verma emerged winners of the ‘Kids of the Year’ titles in male and female category respectively, while Paras Karihillo and Parsheen Kour remained 1st runners-up and Aditya Salan and Solandeep Kour were the 2nd runners-up in male and female categories respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Setnhi praised Shree Ganesh Entertainments for nourishing the upbringing talent in the field of Fashion.
He said that these types of programmes will be helpful for the budding talent to make name in the field of fashion.
Later the chief guest, managing director Shree Ganesh Entertainments Vineet Karihullo and other dignitaries presented awards to the winners.
Vikram Rajwal and Hariket were the choreographers of the models, while the show was hosted by Irfan Choudhary.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were MK Karihullo, president Shree Ganesh Enterta-inments (SGE, Usha Karihullo, general secretary, Kiran Karihullo, Event Planner, Prashant Sharma, Event Coordinator, Aman Famyial, Event Designer, Akshay Sahib (Publicity Coordinator), Nishu Pandita (Marketing Executive), Rakesh Sharma (Executive) Ambika Verma, Karan Amla, Manisha Karlupia, Shivanghi Thakyal, Danish Bhardwaj, Kunal Dugger, Mohit Kumar, Rahul Pandita and Vikram Khajuria.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Vineet Karihullo.
