JAMMU, Jan 31: Aroma Foundation Public School (AFPS), Lower Roop Nagar today celebrated its 19th annual cum prize distribution function at Abhinav Theatre here.
Retired Major General, SK Sharma, Director (A) MIET and Member of SMVD Shrine board was chief guest and Haneef Mohd Hackla, ZEO Jammu was the guest of honour.
The programme was presided over by the President, Managing Committee of the Institution, Vinod Gupta after lighting of ceremonial lamp by the chief guest and followed by a culture programme performed by students of the school.
The cultural activities performed by the students has enthralled and mesmerized the audience. The dance items were dedicated to the parents by the small kids of the school was very impressive and even some mothers of the students also participated in the dance. Satvik Kakar, alumni of the school performed the martial arts stunts with Nunchaku.
The chief guest praised the management, staff and parents of the students for their active participation in such activities which boost the morale of the students.
The position holders and others participants were rewarded by the chief guest and mementos were present to the chief guest and guest of honour by the school management.
Principal, Kamal Sharma briefed the annual report of the school and Narinder Sharma of the School Management Committee presented vote of thanks while Rajat was the Music Director of the function, Ketan and Hardeep were the choreographers whereas Rajni Anubhav was the anchor of the event.
