JAMMU, Nov 17: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Social today lambasted both BJP as well as parties belonging to Gupkar Group for non-implementation of Mandal Commission Report in J&K.
The AIBCU members said that all the members of Gupkar Group in one way or the other have tasted the ruling of J&K state but during their respective regimes in the state, they never implemented the Indian Constitution in view of the non-implementation of the Mandal Commission Report but pleaded for other options by which the communities to which they belong could get more and more benefits and so adopted the new rules of reservations on the name of backward areas and LoC.
“PAGD is an amalgam of all those groups which remained anti-justice policies for the poor in general and OBCs in particular. So, PAGD with its policies of the past want reversal of the abrogation of Article 370 to keep that loot continue,” they added during a telephonic discussion held on the issue.
The AIBCU leaders said on the other side, BJP under the leadership of so called OBC PM also adopted the same lines of those of PAGD and even after the abrogation of art 370 did not allow the implementation of Mandal Report but allowed reservations for LAC, Paharis and 10% quota for EWS among the general category who were already enjoying 68% quota in one way or the other.
AIBCU appealed the OBCs to remain vigilant from the these political parties, kick them out and must come out from the clutches of these cheaters and start working for their own, for their children and generations to come… on the platform of AIBCU which is only meant for OBCs.
All the executive members including Som Lal, Jagdish Lal Verma, Kewal Krishan Fotra, Darshan Mehra, Romesh Kuraf, Basharat Hu Najar attended the meeting.
