Air Force swimming camp concludes

Jammu, June 13: The 15 days long Summer Swimming Coaching Camp finally came to an end at Air Force Station Swimming Pool today in a glittering ceremony organized by the sports section of AF Stn Jammu. Air Commodore PE Patange, Air Officer Commanding and Mamata Patange, President AFWWA of Ait Force Station Jammu were the chief guests on the occasion. A total number of 31 children between the age group of 5 to 12 years were trained in the camp.
Speaking at the concluding function of the Annual Summer Swimming Coaching Camp 2013 at Air Force Swimming Pool here today.
The AOC  highly praised the hard work of the coaches Vikas Magotra, NIS Patiala trained Swimming Coach from MA Sports Complex, Wg Cdr (Retd) MM Joshi, Services Swimming Coach and Corporal Bhandari and Corporal Deepak, the life guards who have shared their vast experience with these children.
Earlier, Sports Officer Sqn Ajay Kumar  presented welcome address.
Later, Gp Capt S Pati, C Adm O presented a vote of thanks.
“The successful participants who received certificates and swimming apparels are Aditi, Swapnila, Tejsavi, Maniya, Gorika, Kanika, Swapnil, Harshit, Abhinay, Saravjot, Raghav, Jagjit, Deepak, Simarpreet, Monarch, Aryaman, Raghyav, Laksh, Sidhith, Karnik, Shubham, Parvinder, Abheet, Karan, Rahul, Shubham, Shreesh, Ahishek, Aadi, Manav and Luckey.”
