MUMBAI: Akshay Kumar-starrer “Airlift”, Sonam Kapoor’s “Neerja” and Marathi blockbuster “Sairat” are among the films to be screened at the 7th edition of Jagran Film Festival here.
The seventh edition of the festival, which began in Delhi in July, traversed several cities including Lucknow and Kanpur. It will culminate in Mumbai this October, a press release issued here said.
The week-long extravaganza begins from September 26 and will come to an end on October 2 with a gala closing ceremony.
Some of the important sections of the festival are World Panorama, Indian showcase, Jagran Shorts, Stars on the Horizon, Country Focus, Tributes, Homages and many others.
The ‘Indian Showcase’ section includes “Airlift”, “Neerja”, “Sarbjit”, “Talvar”, “Natsamrat”, “Aligarh”, “Sairat” and “Mithila Makhaan”. (AGENCIES)
