JAMMU, Dec 2: Dr Ajay Kumar Sharma has been elected as new State President of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad while Akshi Billowria was re-elected as the State Secretary for the year 2023-24.
This announcement in this regard was made today by the Election Officer Ishwar Shard from the State Office of ABVP.
Both the office bearers will assume their responsibility during the 59th State Conference of ABVP, scheduled to be held in National Conference at New Delhi on 7th December.
Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma hails from Udhampur. He is PhD in Mathematics and presently working as a Professor at GDC Udhampur. Since 2015, he has served as ABVP City President, District Incharge and State Vice-President.
Akshi Billowria hails from Basholi village of Kathua District and she completed her MA Economics from Central University Jammu. After serving as Mahanagar Joint Secretary, State Convener Rashtriya Kala Manch, State Girls Incharge, she has been re-elected as State Secretary of ABVP Jammu Kashmir for the session 2023-24.
