NEW DELHI, Nov 22: Akash, India’s leading Institute for Medical and Engineering coaching continuing its march towards becoming India’s finest educational group, once again carried out its eminent drive-Akash National Talent Hunt Exam (ANTHE)- which concluded successfully, here.
The Exam bestows huge scholarships to the meritorious & deserving students nationwide who are aspiring to make their career in Engineering and Medical.
This Examination is aimed at enabling the brightest young students to get their goal of becoming top professionals by providing them with free coaching.
This was their sixth consecutive effort to facilitate the most deserving students to achieve their goal of becoming a Doctor or an Engineer.
Over 1, 77, 802 students registered for their second phase of ANTHE, which was held on November 22, 2015. The qualifying students shall be awarded up to 100 percent scholarship for a two year class room coaching as per defined eligibility criteria at Akash Institute I Akash IIT-JEE/Akash Foundations.
Top 150 students from each stream will be eligible for 100 percent scholarship and the Scholarship is over Rs 100 crores with a cash prize of more than Rs 40 lakh.
The Countrywide talent hunt exam which has been conducted in 348 Centres across 22 States in the Country covers all the zones-North, South, East and West, with all the major States and Union Territories of India. The names of the States include Assam, Andra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.
