JAMMU, Mar 14: Ace basketball coach, Aman Sharma is among the three coaches of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) posted in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, who have been promoted to the senior coaches’ scale retrospectively.
Orders to this effect were issued by the Directorate of Coaching of the Sports Authority of India recently.
According to the order, Aman Sharma (Basketball), Satpal Sharma (Badminton) and Rajiv Dogra (Volleyball) have been promoted under Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) to the senior coaches’ scale of PB-3 15600-39100 GP 6600 with retrospective effect from July/August, 2012.
While Aman Sharma and Satpal Sharma have presently been posted in the MA Stadium, Rajiv Dogra has been posted in the SAI Training Centre (STC) Jammu/Srinagar.
