JAMMU, Dec 30: The Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of the Amateur Baseball Federation of India was held at Sangrur, Punjab. Raju Sharma, President of the J&K Amateur Baseball Association and Executive Member of the Amateur Baseball Federation of India, attended the meeting along with other officials from the J&K Amateur Baseball Association. The meeting was conducted in a peaceful and organized manner.
Key issues were discussed during the meeting, including the development and promotion of Baseball in Jammu and Kashmir. One of the primary topics was the need to conduct elections for the local baseball association in Jammu and Kashmir, as well as elections at the central level. The AGM also focused on strategies for enhancing the sport’s infrastructure, organizing tournaments, and increasing participation at the grassroots level.
The attendees expressed their commitment to strengthening the sport of Baseball in the region and working towards the betterment of the athletes. The discussions emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration for the overall growth of baseball in India and Jammu and Kashmir.
