JAMMU, June 1: In continuation to create awareness among masons, Ambuja Cement (Jammu) organised a common workshop for mason community to make them aware about various problems faced and their solutions for the third consecutive phase. The campaign is aimed at educating masons with productivity and work efficiency techniques.
The extensive awareness-building program will be held through interactive sessions, where construction experts will travel across important towns in mobile vans. It will serve as a significant platform for masons to clear their doubts and gain significant expertise about the craft.
Speaking on the occasion, Keshav Deep Sanoria (Zonal Head-Ambuja Cements Ltd) said, “we are really happy with the response from the mason community  and we have decided to carry forward this initiative so that we can involve more and more of people in Modern Engineering”.
He further added, “Our first awareness campaign on basic construction techniques received an overwhelming response from 30,000 masons across the country followed by second phase touching 30,000+ masons. The third phase now aims at educating 11,000+ masons on different techniques to improve productivity and overall efficiency across 400+ towns.
The comprehensive training sessions will also help them in learning methods to achieve superior construction quality.”
