JAMMU/KATHUA, June 10: Amco Cricket Club defeated Game Changer XI by 33 runs, while Stadium XI Kathua registered win over RCC Kathua by a huge margin of 211 runs and sailed into the next stage of the ongoing JKCA Premier Cricket Championship, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association under the supervision of Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal in Jammu and Kathua.
At GGM Science College Hostel ground Jammu, Amco Cricket Club defeated Game Changer XI by 33 runs and entered into the next stage of the championship.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Amco Cricket Club scored 111 runs by losing all the wickets in 25.5 overs. Harry scored 19 runs, while Sukhdev made 14 runs.
For Game Changer XI, Ravinder and Kamal Kishore scalped 2 wickets each.
In reply, Game Changer XI bundled out at 77 runs for the loss of all the wickets in 24.2 overs. Aryan Dogra was the top scorer with 18 runs, while Sachin scored 13 runs.
For Amco Cricket Club, Sukhdev scalped 3 wickets, while Nitish and Rahul took 2 wickets each.
Sukhdev of Amco Cricket Club was adjudged as Man of the Match.
At Sports Stadium Kathua, Stadium XI Kathua registered win over RCC Kathua by a huge margin of 211 runs.
Batting first after winning the toss, Stadium XI Kathua made 261 runs by losing 6 wickets in 30 overs. Arvind played a splendid inning of 85 runs off 57 balls, while Mayank Goutam chipped in 57 runs in 58 balls.
For RCC Kathua, Vivrant took 3 wickets, while Shiv Dutt scalped 2 wickets and Sahil pocketed one wicket.
In reply, RCC Kathua failed to chase the target and bundled out at paltry 50 runs by losing all the wickets in 9.4 overs. Naseeb scored 15 runs in 16 balls.
For Stadium XI Kathua, Archit was the pick of the bowler with 6 wickets, while Mayank Goutam scalped 2 wickets.
Archit of Stadium XI Kathua was adjudged as Man of the Match.
