Anil Gupta’s JKDF merges into BJP

JAMMU, Nov 15: The JKDF led by Anil Gupta today merged with BJP. The announced of the merger of his party into BJP was announced by Anil Gupta at a function held at Eden Garden here today.
Anil Gupta and his team including former Corporator Arun Khanna was welcomed into the Party fold by State President Jugal Kishore Sharma, National Executive Member Shamsher Singh Manhas, BJP State Spokesperson & State Election Media Incharge Arun Kumar Gupta, Party spokespersons- Farooq Khan and Sunil Sethi (Adv.), BJP Kashmir Cell National Co-convener Chander Mohan Sharma, Party MLA Bharat Bushan, Jammu West Candidate Sat Sharma and other leaders.
Jugal Kishore Sharma while welcoming the JKDF team into BJP, said that the efforts of Anil Gupta and his colleagues will prove to be boon for party as each one of them is well versed with the principles and ideology of the Party. He said that the BJP has proved its credentials time and again and the people have themselves realized that it is only BJP which can be trusted,  can bring change and can provide a people friendly government.
Avinash Rai Khanna, said that with each passing day the BJP Parivar is getting more and more larger with the joining and mergers of other political parties and leaders of high statures, has became cause of frustration for the parties NC, Congress and PDP.
Anil Gupta said that he has always worked for strengthening the nationalist forces and defeating the designs of anti-national forces and has found BJP as only option which is strong enough to safe guard the national interests in Jammu and Kashmir. He assured to work whole heartedly for the BJP candidates in the ensuing Assembly elections.
