SAMBA, Dec 12: Anjna of Nav Vidya Dalhote clinched gold in triple-jump in the 1st District Samba Under-11 Athletic Championship, organized by Sports Development Society, Samba, here today.
Prinka and Mansi of the same school bagged silver and bronze medal in this event respectively.
In shot-put, Sarika of Modern Institute Sumb claimed gold, while Shallu of the same school bagged silver and Diksha of Bharti Vidya Mandir Banglad claimed bronze.
Discus gold went to Menaz Akhtar of Nav Vidya Dhalote, while Aditi Rajput of same School got silver and Shivani of Modern Institute Sumb claimed bronze.
The 100 meter gold went to Neha Rani of Shivaji Sumb, while 200 meter gold was bagged by Sarika of the same school, while the 400 meter gold was claimed by Shivani of Modern Institute Sumb.
In boys section, Triple jump gold was bagged by Amit Sharma of Nav Vidya Dhalote, Ranjit Singh claimed gold in shot put and discus, while Aman Singh of Shivaji Sumb bagged long-jump and 100 meter gold respectively.
The 200 meter gold, silver and bronze medals went to Amit Verma, Gulshan and Rahul of ShivaJI Sumb, Modern Institute Sumb and Unique Public School, Jatwal respectively.
