JAMMU, Sept 20: With a view to strengthening the fraternity of fitness enthusiasts of Jammu, KC Sports Club organized ‘Dead Lift’ contest.
During the contest, 29 competitors were faced with the challenge of doing Dead Lift.
Ankush Singh Jamwal was declared as winner as he lifted 205 kg, whereas Nageshwar Singh Bajju and Sahol Singh lifted 190 kg and 170 kg respectively.
Ankush Singh Jamwal received the gold medal, whereas Nageshwar Singh Bajju and Sahol Singh secured silver and bronze medals respectively.
