JAMMU, Dec 7: Annual Sports Day was organized in the memory of Masud A. Chaudhary, the founder of Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust (GDCT) and Brigadier Khuda Baksh Memorial Public School Jammu.
The event was inaugurated by Mohammad Sharief Chouhan, General Secretary GDCT in presence of other senior trustees. Chouhan highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy body for the young generation and motivated them to take part in sports. He called upon students to avail the best sports facilities available in the school for their fitness.
Principal Radhu Gupta while presenting the vote of thanks informed about the different facilities provided in the school for self confidence and overall personality development of the students.
A lot of matches under different categories and games were also held. The event successfully concluded with a closing address by the Special Guest Dr Meraj Din Chauhan Financial Advisor who also gave special prizes to winners.
