JAMMU, Oct 31: The Art of Living (AoL) founded by Padam Vibhushan Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, through its Jammu chapter conducted Special Reconnect ‘Long Sudarshan Kriya Sunday follow up’ for all those, who have done Art of Living Course.
More than 50,000 participants from 2,000 plus centers joined the Reconnect, Pan-India follow up at one place, one time, one day, one energy and all together by making it a great success. In Jammu region, the Reconnect follow up held at seven different locations in 12 sessions in two shifts, one in morning at 7 AM and another in evening at 5 PM.
Hundreds of devotees, faculty members and volunteers attended this reconnect follow up and joined the energy chain. Such Reconnect follow up helps in connecting humanity through the power of breath by learning how to attain and spread true happiness in life.
All five knowledge points of wisdom to attain true happiness in life including Yoga/Pranayam, Meditation, Guidance and Counseling sessions were held in Reconnect. During reconnect sessions the current issues were also touched upon and knowledge was shared to follow few practical principles to combat feelings of low-self esteem, interpersonal conflicts and violence.
The AoL Centers of Jammu region which organized the Reconnect follow up were Gian Mandir and Temple of Knowledge at Trikuta Nagar, Parihar Traders at Janipur, Aap Shambhu Temple, Roop Nagar, Meditation Hall of Channi himmat, Gyan Shalla at Gandhi Nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra at Shastri Nagar, Kidzee School at Mowada Morh and Dr Mengi Clinic, Kathua.
The AoL Jammu faculty members who did commendable job in organizing and assisting were Savinder Gupta STC, Ravinder Mansotra STC and Delair Singh DTC. Ajay Gupta, Tejasvi Gupta, Sunita Cherwo, Hemu Karki, Prabha Salathia, Sunil Sharma, Bhagwati, Shakti Sagar, Suman Sharma, Menu Singh, Renu, Anu and other senior faculty members along with a dedicated team of volunteers did relentless job to organize Reconnect follow up.
