UDHAMPUR, Dec 24: Army Public School, Udhampur celebrated its Annual Sports Day on Monday which was declared open by the school vice chairman Brig GM Sankar.
The programme was witnessed by more than 2000 parents and children.
Brig GM Sankar hoisted the school flag and also took the salute from the seven contingents.. Subsequently, a series of cultural items were presented on the occasion. Various races including lemon – spoon race, three legged race, sack race, get ready for school race, skipping race, 100 mtrs sprint for boys and girls, 4 X 100 mtrs relay race for boys and girls were held.
The Principal of the school Vinod Joseph presented the vote of thanks after the distribution of prizes by the chief guest.
