APS Damana organizes activities under Vidyanjali

JAMMU, Feb 25: Army Public School (APS) Damana organized a book donation drive and art and craft camp activities at Govt. Middle School Parwah, here today.
The drive was organized under Vidyanjali, a school volunteer program.
The School distributed around 550 books of literature, textbooks, grammar books, story books etc among students. Preetika Sharma, PRT Art & Craft apprised the students with creative ideas to make best out of waste using dried twigs, pebbles, stones, old wedding cards and cardboard boxes. The students of class IX interacted with the students of GMS Parwah.
The vibrant day gleamed with cheerful smiles of the students expressing their happiness and gratitude.
Pushpinder Kaur, Principal APS Damana appreciated the enthusiasm of the children and motivated them to kindle the light of knowledge by reading books.
The activities were conducted in presence of Kirti Gupta, Master GMS Parwah and staff members of GMS Parwah. The program culminated with the singing of the National Anthem.
