APS Miran Sahib celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, Dec 26: APS Miran Sahib celebrated its Annual Day for the 2023-24 Session at the SKUAST Auditorium, showcasing the school’s remarkable achievements and India’s rich cultural diversity.
The event was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Major General Mukesh Bhanwala, General Officer Commanding, Tiger Division and Patron APS Miran Sahib; Bhawna M. Bhanwala, Chairperson FWO Tiger Division; Brigadier Parthik Singh, Commander, Miran Sahib Brigade and Chairman APS Miran Sahib; and Shweta Singh, Chairperson FWO Miran Sahib Brigade.
The ceremony began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Shweta Singh, followed by the Annual School Report presented by Principal Ritu Sharma. The report highlighted the school’s academic and co-curricular accomplishments, with a vision for continued excellence.
The celebrations featured a range of captivating performances, including classical dance (Nrityakala), art (Chitrakala), theatre (Rangmanch), and yogic exercises, all leaving the audience in awe of the students’ talents. Rajinder House won the Best House Trophy in both the Senior and Primary Wings.
Major General Mukesh Bhanwala addressed the gathering, praising the efforts of both students and staff for organizing such a spectacular event. The celebration concluded on an inspiring note, motivating students to strive for further achievements.
