JAMMU, Jan 3: Army Public School organized annual school exhibition on Science, Social Science and Mathematics, here today.
The theme of the exhibition was Science, Society and Environment covering Agricult-ure and Food Security, Energy- Resource & Conservation, Health, Environm-ental issues & concerns, Mathematics & everyday life and Disaster management as the sub themes.
Various criteria such as creative imagination, Scientific thought and Approach, Originality and Innovation, Technical skill, Economic concern, presentation and Educational value were taken into account for exhibition. Students from class IV to VIII participated in the exhibition showing their interests in the field of Science, Society, Mathematics and Environment.
Over 300 models made by the students covering the given theme were displayed in the exhibition.
It was indeed a pleasure to see the models displayed by the students in the exhibition which reflected their thought process towards the society.
Speaking to the young innovative minds, Sanjeev Kumar, Principal of APS Udhampur appreciated the students for their interests in various fields.
He encouraged them to work hard for achieving much higher goals as they are the future of the coming generations.
