APS Samba hosts Govt Mandi Garh School under ‘Vidyanjali’ project

SAMBA, Dec 2: Army Public School Samba hosted a memorable one-day visit by students and teachers from Govt. Middle School, Mandi Garh, under the Vidyanjali project. The event, part of an initiative by the Ministry of Education, aimed to provide students with diverse experiences and promote unity.
The day started with a warm welcome from Sanjeev Pradhan, Principal of APS Samba, Sunil Kumar, Vice Principal, and other staff members. Students enjoyed a comprehensive tour of the school, exploring facilities like the Nakshatra Garden, Herbal Garden, Shooting Range, Language Lab, ATL Lab, and Science Park, while engaging in games like Kho-Kho, Volleyball, and Badminton.
An empowering lecture on “Mental Health and Career Options” was delivered by Special Educator Sapna Choudhary, focusing on developing a strong mindset and offering practical insights into career paths. Principal Sanjeev Pradhan emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering a sense of community and unity. The day concluded with mementos and refreshments, providing students with a valuable and enriching experience.
