JAMMU, Apr 25: Wife of an Army personnel ended her life by hanging herself at official quarter in Amphalla.
Police spokesman said that the, 26-year-old Lalita Yadav, wife of Dalhogi Yadav of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh was found hanging by her husband at their official quarters in Amphalla, who immediately informed the police and his seniors.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where after postmortem, the body was later handed over to family members for last rites.
A case has been registered and investigation started, he said, adding that Army jawan is also being questioned.
