PULWAMA, July 1: Army today organized a district-level under-19 inter-school cricket tournament in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Army’s 55 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) based in Pulwama organized the tournament and its first match was played today at DPL Pulwama Ground.
The inaugural match was played between Srinagar International School Patalbagh and Higher Secondary School Ratnipora. The match was won by Srinagar International School by a margin of 68 runs.
The second match was played between HSS Tral and HSS Arihal. HSS Arihal defeated HSS Tral by 28 runs.
The event witnessed the sportsman spirit of the teams and the players as well.
