JAMMU, Aug 27: An educational cum motivational tour for the girl students from District Ramban, was flagged off for Agra and Kota, under the ongoing Operation Sadbhavana.
The tour was undertaken by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, located at Gul, under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Uniform). The aim of the tour was to give exposure to the girl students from J & K to historical places, premier schools and colleges in other States.
The tour had an opportunity to visit Agra yesterday and all the girl students stood in front of Taj Mahal. After visiting the Taj Mahal, the students said that they had never imagined that they would get an opportunity to witness such a historical place and the glimpse of our great nation.
Hafiza Muspaq, daughter of Musfar Ahmed Chandial, said that it was a unique opportunity for her to see the Taj Mahal and it could have been possible because of the Army.
