JAMMU, Nov 27: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo), along with the doctors and staff of Primary Health Centre, Nowshera organised a free medical camp at Village Durnigala, located near the LoC in Rajouri district, today.
Nearly 300 villagers including 83 women and 130 children benefited from this camp which was attended by a team of two doctors from the Army and three civil doctors including a lady Gynecologist from Primary Health Centre Nowshera. Free medicines and vaccinations were provided to the patients during the camp. A health awareness programme was also conducted to educate the participants about measures to avoid common diseases prevalent in this season.
