UDHAMPUR, Apr 23: Ice Hockey Association of India (IHAI) conducted a 6th Senior National Ice Hockey Championship 2015 in Leh Ladakh during the freezing winters in the month of February this year.
The Ladakh Scouts Regiment did the Fire & Fury Corps proud by winning the prestigious competition.
This sport is nurtured in the Army by the constant efforts of young and fledgling Ladakh Scouts Regiment which won almost all the major competitions conducted in 2015.
This year, 9 players from Ladakh Scouts Regiment have been selected to represent India in forthcoming Ice Hockey Asia Cup at Kuwait from April 18 to April 25, thereby bringing laurels to the Army as well as the nation.
Presently, the team of Ladakh Scouts is participating in Asia Cup at Kuwait.
