JAMMU, May 25: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Delta Force provided administrative assistance to an impressive Valedictory-cum-Certificate and Stipend Distribution Function organized by Food Craft Institute, Jammu at FCI Centre, Bhadarwah at TRC Dandi.
On the occasion, students who had undergone six weeks and eight weeks courses on ‘Food Production, Bakery & Patisserie and Food & Beverage Services’ sponsored by Food Craft Institute, Jammu, were awarded certificates by Adjutant, Rashtriya Rifles located at Bhadarwah, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest spoke on the motive and objective behind this Hospitality Industry Training programme and inspired upon the students to make use of this certificate course in getting employment in the sector of Hotel and Hospitality Industry.
He also informed about the “HUNAR SE ROZGAR’, a giant project undertaken by the Rashtriya Rifles located at Bhaderwah in collaboration with Food Craft Institute, Jammu, in which job oriented training on Hotel and Hospitality Industry will be imparted to the youth of Chenab Valley on free of cost.
He also distributed certificates among the 32 candidates who had undergone training and also distributed cheques among all students.
Speaking on the occasion, Jyoti Bhatti, Principal, Food Craft Institute, presented a brief on the course contents which was taught to the students during the Course and the opportunities these students can avail by this hospitality industry training course in getting employment in Government or private sector particularly four star hotels and tourism sector.
