RAJOURI, Dec 26: Crossed Swords Division provided assistance to S Mallik Arjun, a young shuttler from Sunderbani for making the area proud by being part o the State team to participate in the Nationals.
This talented young shuttler, an alumni of New Public High School, Sodra in Sunderbani Tehsil was selected to represent Sunderbani zone at District Level Badminton Tournament held at Rajouri and got the selectors nod for representing the State.
Mitigating the non availability of training infrastructure and facilities, the Army authorities readily made indoor badminton court available to the promising talent which was instrumental in realization of Mallik Arjun’s dream.
