JAMMU, Dec 21: In continuation with the Indian Army’s efforts of contributing towards the improvement of infrastructure, the Crossed Swords Division today installed a plastic water tank, water cooler and purifier in Government Primary School, Naiwala.
The requirement of safe drinking water for school students was projected by the school staff and village elders during various liaison meetings with the Army following which it came for the help of the school.
The Zonal Education Officer, the Headmaster of the school, village Sarpanch and veterans of the area were present on the occasion.
