SAMBA, Jan 31: A meeting of officials of District Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Department was organized in the Chamber of DYSS Officer to review the arrangements of 60th National School Games (NSG) in Speedball for Boys and Girls (Under-19 year age group) to be held from February 2 to7, 2015 at Mahavir International School, Vijaypur.
The meeting was organized under the chairmanship of DYSSO Jammu, Haji Mirza who was accompanied by Assistant Director, DYSSO Jammu, Rupinder Jeet Kour and District Officer (DYSSO) Samba, Subash Chander Bhardwaj.
District Officer presented a detailed report of all the arrangements for the smooth conduct of the programme. The chairman discussed all the issues pertaining to conduct of the games including boarding and lodging with all the conveners.
More than 50 officials of the district were present in the meeting and they assured their full cooperation for successfully organizing the event.
