Arya’s 117 runs help Team Yellow to enter next stage

JAMMU, Oct 11: Arya Sachivansh’s 117 runs off 77 balls helped Team Yellow to crush Team Green by 117 runs and entered into the next stage of the tournament, being organized by Col RN Chopra Cricket Academy, here today.
Batting first after winning the toss, Team Yellow scored 201 runs in 30 overs by losing 8 wickets. Arya Sachivansh played a splendid inning of 111 runs in 77 balls, while Dhruv Singh and Arsh Aithmian scored 20 and 16 runs respectively.
From Team Green side, Ayush Andotra took 3 wickets, while Abu Bakar and Shavac Makin scalped one wicket each.
In the second inning, Team Green bundled out at paltry 83 runs by losing all wickets in 23 overs. Karmanya was the top scorer with 49 runs and Aditya made 9 runs.
Arya Sachivansh was declared as Man of the Match for his brilliant knock.
The match was officiated by Akash Manhas and Pankaj Garnal under the supervision of chief coach Sukomal Ganguly.
