JAMMU, Aug 1: Ashish Mahajan was installed as president of Rotary Club Akhnoor at a function, which was presided over by MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma as chief guest.
Beside Rotary families from Rotary Club Akhnoor and the presidents along with Rotarians from Rotary Clubs of Jammu and Rajouri also attended the function.
The outgoing president Dr Romesh Kashyap thanked the members of Rotary Club for imposing faith and extending their consistent support and co-operation in running the social activities of club during previous Rotary year 2015-2016.
Later Ashish Mahajan the incoming president was installed by chief guest Rajeev Sharma by shifting of President collar along with Assistant Governor of Distt. 3070 Lokesh Bakshi.
Earlier a Club Directory of 24 years of Rotary Club Akhnoor of glorious service was released by the chief guest, who was earlier inducted as honorary member of Rotary Club.
