Ashok Singhal’s ashes to be brought to Ayodhya on Nov 27

AYODHYA, Nov 21:
The ashes of Vishwa Hindu Parishad patriarch Ashok Singhal would be brought here for immersion in the Saryu river on November 27.
VHP sources here today said their General Secretary Champat Rai would bring the ashes for immersion which will be followed by a tribute ceremony.
Eminent personalities, including Ramjanam Bhoomi Nyas Chairman Mahant Nritya Gopal Das and member of the VHP would attend the function.
The immersion would start from November 23 from the Sangam of Allahabad and will be held for the next 15 days at around 50 different places, including Ayodhya and Chitrakoot.
Singhal breathed his last on November 18 in Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon. (UNI)
