JAMMU, Feb 10: General secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Handball Association, Ashwani Kumar Raina and Ranjit Singh Chib, vice president J&K Handball Association have been nominated technical officials by Handball Federation of India for 12th South Asian Games 2016, being held at Guwahati in Assam. It is pertinent to mention here that Ranjit Singh has also led India in handball for many years.
